AGM and Potluck April 23rd

Hello HRSSC Families,
A few updates to share regarding our upcoming Club Potluck and AGM on Sunday 23 April 6:00 – 9:00pm at St. Margaret’s Centre.
We have access to the Multipurpose Room at 6:00pm, a little later than our earlier time but a great space to get together.  As the previous group leaves, we hope to be able to be set up by 6:15pm so have a hearty afternoon snack   : } 
AGENDA for the EVENING 6:15 – 7:45pm Potluck and Presentations in the MPR
7:45 – 8:00pm  Clean up MPR and set up in Classroom/Meeting Room for AGM
8:00 – 8:45/9:00pm Youth in MPR – Please bring along your favourite board games and activity to share with a groupAGM in Classroom/Meeting Room
POTLUCK SIGN UP  Please bring along a favourite dish to share – we have a sign up sheet simply to help share ideas and assist with some planning …we have 44 skaters/35 families plus coaches (sadly, not all can attend). However, we are asking families to bring your own cups, plates/bowls, and cutlery.   We do have access to the kitchen and rinsing items will be an available option when packing up.
