The Halifax Regional Speed Skating Club (HRSSC) is hosting an Open House at the BMO Centre, Bedford, on September 10th from 3pm to 4:30pm. This is a great opportunity for skaters between 6-18 years old to discover this incredibly fun sport. It does not matter if your child has recently started to skate or is currently HRM’s fastest on ice. Our coaches are searching for motivated and eager athletes to join the club so they can unlock their potential and attain incredible results.
The club enjoys supportive, skilled and accomplished coaches who guide and mentor our athletes to be technically proficient and fast skaters. If this sounds exciting to you, simply bring your child with their skates (hockey, figure or speed), a properly-fitted helmet and a pair of thick gloves. Our club skaters will warmly welcome your child onto the ice, try out some skating techniques, have some fun together and introduce them to our coaches.
