November 21st update

Hello HRSSC Families,
We are heading into a few busy weeks ahead and hope you can join along with making our exciting events a success.  Please take a few minutes to review the important information attached below.   These include:

• HRSSC Citadel Cup – Hospitality Room Food Donation Sign Up with Perfect Potluck
  • Support our volunteers!  Support our athletes!    Perfect Potluck here!
  • Sign up for a shift to assist in the Hospitality Room on Saturday and/or Sunday – Stay warm and watch races in the best seat in the house. Flexible schedule still allows you to support your skater.

HRSSC’s annual meet, the Citadel Cup is coming up on 10-11 December and requires the help of over 50 volunteers (including many of you!) to make this event a success. We are asking that each family donate a food item or make a small contribution to put towards our hospitality room. The hospitality room serves as a warm space for our many volunteers to warm up and grab something to eat and drink during short breaks between races. 
Please see below for a sign-up sheet of items needed.

  • Unfortunately, the DARTMOUTH CROSSING SPEED SKATING INTERCLUB MINI MEET on Saturday 3 December is CANCELLED
  • DARTMOUTH CROSSING SPRINTS as scheduled on Saturday 4 March 2023
