HALIFAX REGIONAL SPEED SKATING CLUB is excited to host the 2023 CITADEL CUP on 28-29 October 2023.
We look forward to welcoming skaters and families to our Olympic sized ice surface at St. Margaret’s Centre in Upper Tantallon.
